During sex i was okay . then we stopped to change positions from him on top to doggy . when i stood up i felt a cramp in my stomach but thought nothing of it. as we got back into it the pain got worse. i made him stop . the pain was so unbareable i began to cry and the pain made me through up . i had to not move and hold still so it didnt hurt AS BAD but it still hurt alot . i couldnt stand up straight i had to crouch to walk ( hunch my back ) .. why did this happen ? im scared. please respond

I am not trying to minimize your problem, but i wouldn't worry to much. The "doggy" position can be uncomfortable. I have been sexually active for many years and could never really enjoy that position. I always would get a stomach ache and could never finish, it felt like a telephone pole was in my belly trying to poke it's way thru the top of my head.
I also have a tipped uterus which can make certain positions painful and far from pleasurable.
You will find more comfort with various positions if you are able to control the situation, like you on top of him. This position allows you to be in the drivers seat. You can thrust as hard or as easy as you like, it's all up to your comfort level.
So like i said, give your tummy a chance to cool down and you should be okay. I remember many times i would try, (cuz it is fun) but i would end up sweating and crying and just hateing it. Sounds like a cramp in the abdominal muscles. Immediate treatment is to stretch the cramped muscle. There will be a brief increase in the pain as the muscle is stretched, then fast relief. To stretch the abdominals, stand up and take a deep breath in while trying to touch the sky, back arched.

I defer to BBfeet9 on the specifics about what the problem may be, but the thing that crossed my mind was the possibility of an eptopic pregnancy. But I don't mean to worry anyone unnecessarily. The quick onset of the pain made me wonder, cause it's similar, but may not be possible.
Has she tried other positions since then? Does this happen with anything other than doggie style?
