lucky29 u are wrong it isnt sebaceous.

sebaceous is bumps that are redish and make yellow sh*t when popped or removed.

what these guys have i what i have been searching the entire net for with its cure.

they have penis fungus.

i know its fungus because its from decay.
the decay of cum that make yukky yellow dots.

if u can see a doctor, or try to pick up some anti fungus meds.
but dont EVER share anti fungus meds, u can get fungus that way.

SCARING, I went to the hospital the other day asking about why my foreskin cannot be retracted and why there are yellow and red on foreskin. He says because i had a tight foreskin when i was a child it may have been scared when i tried to retract foreskin. I now have booked an appointment for a circumcision. This will improve the look i hope ; )

your even more wrong its not sebaceous or fungus there entirely normal small yellow spots about 1mm in size around the base and tip of the foreskin. they are just glands that secrete an oily substance called sebum which helps to guard against infection and stops the area from becoming too dry. some people it shows and on some it doesnt

These yellow dots on your foreskin is an entirely normal variation among males. It is not fungus or any other infectious disease. It is called Sebaceous Gland Prominence. Sebaceous glands are located all throughout your skin and is responsible for the main production of sebum, a natural oily substance that is neccessary to maintain the skin's softness. However, during puberty, sebaceous glands can become overreactive, which is what causes acne in adolescents. But to have it become enlarged or noticeable is normal in teenagers, and is not something that should be worried about.

If you're really concerned, consult your doctor about it the next time you have a doctor's appointment. I could be wrong, since there's always a chance of it being completely something else, or your description of it might not be specific enough. But I'm pretty sure that if you've never had unsafe sex, then it shouldn't be an infectious disease.

These should not be confused by the ring of usually smaller white-ish dots that circle below the glans head at the very edge. These glands produce lubrication during sexual arousal.

Hello, I'm 14 years of age and my foreskin has yellow dots on the edge of it when I retract and the head of my penis is quite red and hurts a little bit when I touch it, I pull back my foreskin and try to wash it but maybe I'm not washing it thougly?
