Yellow puss like substance coming out of Penis

Went to a urologist and sd that the "milky" substance was do to an enlarged prostate get ur prostate examined, beccause believe it or not that's a very common problem amongst men from the ages starting around 22 and up

I have also the same problem: i've been meaning to go and get a test done, i woke up one morning and my penis was covered in this yellow pus and then when i cleaned it up for the next day or so only little drops were coming back. i just kept cleaning it but now there's nothing there anymore but it does still look a little bit inflamed and i have had unprotected sex about 3 weeks previous to this happening. If it was an STI it would keep re-occurring wouldn't it ? And it should hurt when i pee ?

If you are not mistaking a normal noturnal emisison for something else, then this is serious.

You will want to go get checked out at a clinic or a doctor's immediately. o.O

The fact that you have yellow discharge is enough in itself to assume that you have an infection.
Don't wait for it to become painful or for other symptoms. Go get treatment. :-|

It goes without saying that you should have no sexual contact with anyone else until after your treatment from a medical clinic or personell is concluded and you're given a clean bill of health.

You will also want to contact the person that you had sex with, three weeks ago, or whenever, and immediately inform them of your symptoms. They deserve not only to be allerted, for their own health and treatment, but so that they don't pass it on to anyone else.
Also, it will put them on notice that you know that you got it from them, and they had a duty to inform you about the problem sooner than this.

This is no small matter.
Go get treatment. NOW. :-(

I'm fifteen but I haven't had sex before but have done everything but. But the last sexual contact i had was about 3 months ago and the past month I've been having yellowy puss from the base of my penis and like the skin is red? Im believed it could be from masturbation but I do not know and I'm too scared to go to a doctor because that would mean I would have to tell me dad! :|

i have also noticed the same thing it started yesterday with pain when i urinated and quickly moved onto this yellow creamy discharge.. i have booked an appointment with my doctor but only got screened for sti's two months ago and came clean and my girlfriends was checked the same time and also clear.. we dont use protection as we are both alergic to latex but both being clear from both urine and blood tests is leaving me gobsmacked as to what it could be.. after reading everyones emails i am even more stumped to what it could be i will post my findings once i get them back and would much appreciate everyone to do the same thing so we can compare findings

i think mines from using baby lotion? i think that caused an infection inside my penis, it hurts when i pee, gotta yellow substance, i think its slightly blocking my pee tunnel aswell.

i have this EXACT same problem! but i have a theory, i was recently down at the beach and gots loads of sand in my pants, im wondering whether some may have gotten down my penis and maybe cut it whilst messing around with it later on with my girlfriend, because when i pee it burns and when i play around with it, it feels like a stinging of a cut, im wondering whether this puss is because of this. have any of you guys done anything to do this maybe?

Read the whole post just 72 hours ago. I believe that one of the posts really hit it home. Did a lot of research, then actually educated the doctor and so it was, I was diagnosed with Trichomonas vaginalis, which is exactly what a lot of you may have or had. It is a parasite, not bacterial or virus based and like most Docs as the Mod stated, won't test for that first thus all of the negative results and money wasted. Hey don't get me wrong, get them done also but educate your doc to this also cuz it will test positive if the puss is there.

It is not an STD but what is called an STI (sexually transmitted infection). As long as it is treated soon, you can find relief very quickly. Lucky for me I was currently in the Philippines where I could just walk in a Drug Store and by any medication I wanted, well not narcotics of course, but any other meds. After much research and the discussion with the gyno servicing my GF, who was so impressed by my research that she discounted our bill, she agreed with the antibiotic that would solve both our problems.

It is called endomycin, which is impossible to find, its equal is called Erythromycin, which took an additional 2 hours and searching, and is extremely effective. Doc said 500mg twice a day, but double dosed on first then followed the script and wahla, just 2 days later, no itching, burning, or puss, which is really cool. Also partner is much better also.

OK, may not be for all of you but definitely check out the links and see if your partner has the symptoms, that what helped me figure it out. Not my symptoms but hers will be better approach to figure out what is really up with you.

Well hope it helps others, but I do agree with Mod. Unprotected is like going all in on a night of losing at black jack and having a 6 dealt to you with a 10 buried and the dealer asking you if you want insurance with an ace showing.

Need I say more, once but not twice for me to make that mistake!

just thought i'd let you know, mine was gonorrhea.
yellow discharge have gone, still having pain while i pee though, still on medication though. hopefully it'll clear up, if not, i'll be going back.

seems like the top three explanations to our problem is gonorrea, prostate and tricho (sorry about spelling) and was some what relieved when one of you guys mentioned it could be a male yeast infection. im the type of person that is against taking antibiotics unless i have to, i feel as tho americans are overly medicated and like the post that suggestd eating probiotic yogurt for a week lol

i have read through all 7 pages and am experiencing the same symptoms , except the discharge (a.k.a pus) started of as just a little bit when squeezed out, very little. To yesterday me having to wrap gauze around my penis because it wouldnt stop coming out and had already ruind a pair of boxers. Also my symptoms worsened on sunday (im writing this on tuesday morning) monday i had a fever. I have cleaned my penis with peroxide , did my best to try and get inside of it although that didnt work so well

Me too, got freaked out and swore up and down my gf cheated on me (she was pretty mad lol). Um, i read an earlier post about the person taking vitamins... I take the same ones and have all the same symptoms. I am sexually active but I've been with my gf for more than half a year now. Wondering if it's a combination of the vitamins and exposure to the yeast that may be in her vagina. May give the bacteria or parasite ,whatever it is, an ideal environment to grow. Im going to the doctor but might wait a week to see if it clears up. Have been reading up on it and it seems it could be a whole list of causes from HIV to unclean hands on your johnson when you have to take a leak lol. But anywho, antibiotics and other medication for it (if it's bad) and one girlfriend packing her stuff :-)

went to urologist he swabbed the inside of my penis ,hurt like hell briefly, he first perscribed me with meds for b.p.h an enlarged prostate until my lab results from the swab came back with confirmed gonorhea , one dose of 4 pills takin all at once forget the name of the medicine and i was all clear bout 2-3 days later

hi, iv litraly just woke up. and my penis has sorta been hurting when i pee, but iv had sex with my gf alot. with out a condom. and i checked my penis. and their was yellow puss on my japs eye. so i went to the luu . and evarything then i felt better when i had a pee.
