dude, chill its most likely non specific urethritis, most cases of urethritis are caused by STDs but if you haven't had any sexual activity than most likely the cause is from some sort of bacteria or irritation. you can get it from dirty underwear, dirty hands, it can be form irritation from soaps or lotion, pretty much anything, don't worry, go to the doctor, tell him or her what's up don't be embarrassed, i had this same problem, they'll give you antibiotics and it'll clear up in a few days. you don't have an STD or anything, just chill out and everything will be okay but you have to go to the doctor or its gunna get worse.

Hey guys, well you all ready know why I'm on here I need help ASAP. I first noticed this white/yellow pus on top of my penis hole and I did it think of it as much just washed it off and went about my dAy. Next day I had it again expect that this time it had dryied out on the tip of my foreskin causing it to dry my skin out and to peel. I quickly washed it off 2 or 3 times a day. It seems to feel better when I clean it with hot water but still have that white discharge to come out my pee hole every 30 mins or so and it's only red on my foreskin because of the irration of the puss. That seems to be the only problem as of now besides when I pull on my penis it hurts and a little sting when I pee as well. I have been putting lotrimin spray on the tip of my penis twice a day after every shower it seems to help the dry ness around my foreskin but not the white discharge.i will be seeing a doctor tomorrow so I will get back with you with the results, but if any of you guys have any ideas to what can cause this and how to cure it I would REALLY APPERICATE IT. I don't even feel like my self since this has happened to me feel so depressed but I know there's an answer out there some where please guys lets work together and kill this dam fungus or what ever it is thanks for your time and god bless!!!!!!

Theres no need to worry i had the same problem it is just old remaining seamen it tends to go yellow and smell a little if the seamen gets stuck in the foreskin. So wether you have had sex or just masturbated it is will go away if you refrain from masturbating or having sex for a few days as it will naturally break down.

I've had the same problem, i got myself checked for an STI but nothing, the doctor told me it was a urinary tract infection. i've been prescribed some medicine but its nothing serious. it's best to check with your doctor, our symptoms are similar but it doesn't mean it's the same thing.

It may be a unharmful std or it might be just a lower uti. Either way do not be shy and contact your family doctor and get a unrine test. And the std or the lower uti can easily be easily treated with some low dose of antibiotics.
