This exercise is great for your glutes and your legs. To perform this exercise you will only need an exercise mat.

Get in quadruped position with your knees and hands on the floor. Your back is straight. Place your right leg straight out of the body. Right upper leg is parallel with floor and your knee is bent so it forms 90 degree angle with your upper leg. Your ankle is flexed and foot parallel with the floor.
