Masturbation comes pretty naturally to most boys your age.
It is completely normal for you to change the frequency of masturbation.
You are not going to do yourself any harm by masturbating. When your body has had enough, it will just refuse to respond.
Before few decades such opinion wasn’t present. People thought that masturbation lead to impotency, different diseases and mental problems.
Nowadays, experts have a completely different view of masturbation - and a very much more positive one.
I suggest that you avoid too much masturbation in one day because it will definitely effect your concentration. That may have an effect on your school or relationship with your environment.
The idea that masturbation can cause impotency or premature ejaculation is nonsense.
Just go for it but keep everything in normal limits.
Good luck!

I have some questions for a very delicate mater.
I’m 14 year old and I masterbate regularly. Frequency of my masterbation is changing from time to time. Sometimes it is three to four time per week and sometimes it is 3-4 times per day. Can too much masterbation do me any harm?
I read somewhere that excessive masterbation can affect my potency.
Is this true?
I wouldn’t like to have this kind of problems. Should I reduce frequency of my masterbations?

People dont lose their sight by masterbating, they lose their sight because their computer is to bright! | True Its probably a setting in his computer i have lost eye site because my tendency of being a gamer and it has affected me in looking at text in a far distance and the sun just hurts more when im playing football or track theres a setting in your computer you do right click- properties- settings- advanced-moniter-hearts bar that u drag down the more hearts you have the better it is on your eye if u have it set very low then you switch it up to high herts your eyes might water a bit you want more herts on your screen better for your eyes and yes there is no limitation to masturbating being a chronic masterbater is your problem because it has to do with your mental status and you do not recieve adhd from masterbating thats your problem Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a mental disorder, usually diagnosed in childhood, which manifests itself with symptoms such as hyperactivity, forgetfulness, mood shifts, poor impulse control, and distractibility.[1] In neurological pathology, ADHD is currently considered to be a chronic syndrome for which no medical cure is available. Pediatric patients as well as adults may present with ADHD, which is believed to affect between 3-5% of the human population.[2]
Much controversy surrounds the diagnosis of ADHD, such as over whether or not the diagnosis denotes a disability in its traditional sense or simply describes a personal or neurological property of an individual. Those who believe that ADHD is a traditional disability or disorder often debate over how it should be treated, if at all. According to a majority of medical research in the United States, as well as other countries, ADHD is today generally regarded to be a non-curable neurological disorder for which, however, a wide range of effective treatments are available. Methods of treatment usually involve some combination of medication, psychotherapy, and other techniques. Many patients are able to control their symptoms over time, even without the use of medication. Some individuals who meet the diagnostic criteria of ADHD, according to the guidelines of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, do not consider themselves to be mentally ill, as the manual suggests,[3] and therefore may remain undiagnosed or, after a positive diagnosis, untreated.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ADHD heres a link and basically covers the whole basis sry willman adhd doesnt have anything to do with masterbating other than your mind is obsessed which is probably another disorder obsessive compulsive dissorder in short ocd masterbating does not cause any of your symptoms sry bout yur luck :[ |

| usually chronic masturbation only occurs when you decide to masturbate over other activities, where you become obsessed with it and cannot stop. 3-4 times is perfectly normal, but if you feel like you cant go without it or if it starts taking up too much of your time, you might be a chronic masturbator and you should seek advise because this can lead to other complications such as depression and problems with urination. and no, masturbation cant lead to impotency, it will only affect the amount of sperm that is released within a short time period after you ejaculate, because it is possible to do it so much in a short time period that you come to a point where the semen contains barely any sperm and mostly liquids from the seminal vescicle and prostate gland. |

That only applys to you though, I can bet anything that, unless u strained your wrist doing it, Masterbation isnt the cause.
Circumsision was a way of trying to prevent kids doing it.
Same with the Impotency, It'll make you gay, and the Blind things parents use.
Its all BS really. |

[quote="willman"]I disagree, too much masterbation is very bad for u! 3-4 times a day is insane. You can become a chronic masterbator like wut happened to me then this can lead to urination problems, ADHD, weakining of eye site and premature ejaculation among other things! I wouldn't recommend u keep doing this. It gave me lots of problems and now I have to seek medical help for it. I hope I can save u with this piece of advice because I had no one to save me |

Masterbation is a very healthy thing for teenagers to do. It can not harm you at all. It does not lead to impotency. |

| Quote: | Some times it surprises me why this generation glorifies masterbation and always try to hide its serious impact. For example, I have been mastrbatung for years and now you can't imagine what I have become.
My life has become a complete pile of mess.
Masterbation causes serous social crisis and your view towards opposit sex becomes totally inhuman.
Learn from me , yo. and try to quit materbation today, b4 it is too late. |
What a complete load of Tosh!!!
Unfortunately mankinds fanatisism with the notion "sex is evil" and the many religions whose followers brand those who indulge in it as virtual "devil worshippers" have distorted reality for thousands of generations.
As in the first reply - at your age it is perfectly normal to experience a high sex drive that sometimes will have you masturbating 3-4 times a day. Sex is new to you, you've just discovered it. What you find as you get older is that you learn to control it more. It certainly WILL NOT do you any harm, it will NOT make you see the opposite sex in a distorted way, that comes from having a distorted view yourself in relation to the rest of mankind.
I'm 46 and have masturbated all my life. Sometimes alot, sometimes a little. Sometimes I have the urge to do it 2-3 times a day. Sometimes I don't do it for weeks.
No, I don't view women as sex objects. No, I don't see my girlfriend in a different light. In fact she, being someone who is quite at home with her own sexuality enjoys hearing about me masturbating or even watching / taking part!
Generally it is sexually repressed people, people who can't accept and/or express their own sexuality who feel the need to tell others it is wrong and dirty.
Enjoy it! It can often relax you. Just make sure you don't become obsessed with it or let it interfere with more important things in your life (as with anything - drink, work, new car... whatever).
As for me - I hope I'm still up for doing it at 75! |
