My mother and most of my relatives are having very developed chest but I'm very flat chested

how can i hide my cuts im 13

I Am 14 and I have not hit puberty

All my hair is in but no breast development?

I'm a 15 year old girl and I have only the tiniest signs of puberty

Is my growth stunted? I️ really haven’t noticed any height  growth in the past couple of months

I️ don’t know if my growth is stunted or not and if so I’m a very late bloomer
