He is 10.... The penis grows very little until puberty occurs and that happens around 11 for most people.

Its too early to be taking him to the doctors because of penis growth. Things dont change much down there untill puberty is well under way. Which for a boy can start anytime from about 11 to 14.
I would only take him to a doc if nothing has changed/started by the time he is 14/15. You'd goto his GP first, they will refer him from there if nessasary.

I don’t think that there is a special kind of doctor for this kind of issue in children. You should just take him to your regular doctor to see if everything is all right. You should take him to the pediatrician and see if anything is wrong with your child. Have you noticed anything strange in your son’s penis? Why are you wondering if his penis is growing or not? Also children will change a lot in this period so you should be patient with the penis growth as well because this is a slow process. I hope that your son will be fine and that this helped you in any way.
