So I never had sex, and I never inserted anything in my hymen not even a finger.
However, i do masturbate sometimes, but by rubbing clitoris.
Anyway It was the night of day 4 of my period, which usually lasts for 5 to 6 days, and i was on the toilette seat masturbating. Rubbing my clitoris. After a few minutes i finished and i found red blood mixed with a little discharge. I got scared and panicked. I was like maybe i broke my hymen.
I know I was on my period but i didn't think that the blood will come out red. I imagined it would be brownish.
However, the next morning the blood on my pad was brownish, and during the day i kept on feeling liquid coming out of me but i didn't know if it was blood or discharge since i was too afraid yo see the pad.. I changed it with eyes closed :/ . At night i didn't see anything in my pad just a little discharge, same with the next day just discharge.
Please help me, did i break my hymen? sometimes i feel a little itch down there. And by the way i also masturbated two days before, on the second day of my period, and i saw blood but it was normal since its only the second day of my period.

Hi Clarax,
You have nothing to worry about! Even if you did 'break' your hymen you still would have nothing to worry about! It's normal for your discharge to look like that on your period, it'll be a little red or brown coming out with the white or clear discharge. As long as its not yellow(or other), you're fine!

No, it usually means there's some sort of infection. Which you don't need to worry about! You're fine it's just discharge:)

I don't think u broke your hymen you would usually have to stick something into your vagina for that to happen I actually didn't even bleed at all when mine broke but every one is diffrent and like Ginny said its mostly Likly just your period I find that somtimes after i have an orgasm or whatever when I'm on my period the color/consistency is usually deferent so you got nothing to worrie about :)

So lets say a hymen breaks from stretches, does it completely break or just a part of it? And can it break again?

Hymen can 'break' from stretches. Certain athletes have sex without any hymen because they've torn it previously. Ex. Gymnasts or horseback riders, I'm sure you can see how that might happen. But once your hymen is broken it can't be re-broken or replaced. It might stretch a little more, but it will typically only bleed or break once. I also feel like I need to specify that even if your hymen is broken, you can still be a virgin. You're a virgin until you've had sex and that's, that. Tearing or breaking your hymen is nothing to worry about. Some girls even do it without noticing! Anyway, Best of Luck!
