I am eating around 900 cals a day and i do a little exercise on the bike each day 1.5 mills ot 3 miles. I weigh 7stone not sure what that is in LB. Is this a reasonabl amount if i want to loes weight because im chubby for my heigh 1 meter 50 centermeters lol so small. And everone calls me an umpla lumpa off Charlie and the Chocolate factory. And iv decided to do somethign about it.

I have stopped eating crisps as they have a load of cals and alot of fat and i try to stay away from chocolate as much as i can.

Is this a good plan or do i need to eat less
