Hey, this is extremely awkward to speak about but im 17 and not really had any penis growth at all, one thing to mention is that I also have celiac disease which I have heard can delay puberty.. However this is extremely awkward and makes me very self concious as this is not normal? I have LOTS of pubic hair and also hair leading up to my belly button and on the inside of my thighs which ive heard is the later stages of puberty which makes me extremely worried as ive had 0 penis growth.

Your penis can still grow. It can grow into your early 20's.
We all develop at different rates/times so some things may happen later on you that happens earlier on other guys.
It's all normal.
