7 days late and milk came out my breast,throw up 1 day and now I have lite bleeding by wipe only

Hi, Im 34 and my last pregnancy was 12 years ago. My LMP was normal and stayed on for 5 days..I was suppose to come on Jan 22 but I was 7 days late. On the 27 my breast was sore and milk was coming out of my breast. then on the 28TH I spotted all day by wipe. the 29th I bleed a little heavy but on the 30th it was again by wipe only and this morning THE 30TH still the same only by wipe...I took 2 HPT and both came out neg...Could I be pregnant or what.. I made an appt. but It's not until 2-15..I am going crazy..I stopped drinking and smoking for just in case..CAN ANY ONE HELP ME...Mello2luv If I am pregnant I will be very very happy......
