I need some help so scared something is wrong or I'm pregnant my husband got fixed 12 yrs ago. Dec was my last period Jan I spotted brown for 2-3 days Feb spotted off and on for a day now I'm having a brown period. IDK if I could be pregnant or something worst. My belly is swelling up I gained 3lbs in 2 wks. Has any one been thru this.

I haven't had my regular cycle since November December only lasted 3days. Nothing since then but hpt comes out negative. Gonna call my doctor tomorrow for blood work and/or ultrasound....
