I'm 13, i have some kind of ball on my right testicul, and it hurts, and causes pains in my lower stomach but fter reaserching it, i do not think it is TC, (well i hope), i have informed my Mum, but she says, it will not be TC, but im just very scared :-(.

I am 15 have the same thing it is normal its called the epidymis and it is where sperm is stored after being produced by the testicle it begins to develop around the age of 14-16. However I have the problem that sometimes it can become sensitive and cause a pain in the lower stomach especially when wearing tight underwear/ trousers. Does anyone know what this is?
