I have noticed no cervical mucous discharge. i Have been off of Nuva ring since early april. have had two periods that started like clockwork on the evening of day 28. I have not noticed the cervical discharge, but have noticed a watery, clear discharge that is more abundant on day 21 or 22 of my 28 day cycle. I believed it to be too late for cervical d/c. I do notice my dry days after my period, though. could i not be ovulating yet?

Clear and watery vagina discharge naturally happens from time to time. I often notice some after sex or exercising, and I read somewhere that it is just the body's way of cleaning the vagina. It's not associated with any particular part of the menstrual cycle. You usually have little discharge at the beginning of your cycle, then gel-like see-through discharge when you ovulate, and thicker white discharge when you are nearing your next period. If you had an infection, you would notice a foul smell or lumps, things like that. So don't worry too much.
