Hi, I’ve been on the depo 3 months (first shot) first week of it I had horrific pain and bleeding not much but it lasted a whole week and pain every day. It stopped for 2 weeks and come back .. basically been on and off . When I have sex couple of hours later il get period pains and il bleed ( brownie colour) sometimes just that day or would last 2-3 days is this normal? I’m coming to the end of the depo shot now and won’t be having another one.

I’ve taken depo before . I got off got pregnant after the baby I had the nexplanon it gave me a lot of problems so a year of being on it I switched to depo again . Everything has been going fine . Until here lately after intercourse I have spotting . I have a few days until it’s time to get another injection.

hey so ive been on depo for a little over a year now. ive never bled or nothing, my periods just vanished. well i’m currently sexually active, but i bled after. this is the first time so i don’t really understand why i’m bleeding. i’m also cramping as well. it’s like a brown color and it’s not a lot. it started about 3 days after intercourse and its freaking me out.
