Did you have upper GI tests like gastroscopy or endoscopy lately? They are supposed to inspect your stomach, usually the first on to blame for symptoms like yours that are caused by hyper acidity that irritates stomach tissue and causes nausea. HAve you been taking any medications lately? Some of them, especial the likes of ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil and may others) could directly make this stomach situation even worse.

hi there i have had my gall bladder out too and the thing is to eat low fat  food anything under 10 grams per 100gms. i can get away with most foods but just make sure you drain all fat before serving it. try things and if it goes straight through you dont eat it again. yes you will get some craving but as i say try and see what happpends you will soon know what you can and cant eat. basically stick all your dairy on to low fat stuff. hope this helps

good luck
