I take great offense to your post. Actually it has been proven that ADHD is very real. I am 59 my whole life I was a walking symptom of ADD! My friend ADD is much more that just not paying attention. I disagree that everyone will abuse the drug actually I think very few people do and the ones that do probably have a problem with addiction. Making someone feel guilty about helping their daughter is horrible

Oy..there is just way too much ignorance in your comment to even begin to address it all..you are saying some very irresponsible things based soley on your own opinion formed from ONE (yours) case. To say you know more than doctors..saying that she will absolutely get addicted and have life long problems..That add/adhd is "proven to be" fake diagnoses (please just point me to one, ONE, peer reviewed medical study saying That!)..like I said, wayy too many ignorant comments in your statement to even address them all.
