I think you should have seen a Dr. when you were in your teens. And I would find another uroligist to get a second opinion. Their must be a surgical way to allow your testicles to drop, and like with a vasectomy, the ducts from the testicle is cut to prevent pregnancy. Never take one Dr.'s opinion. There are lots of ways to find doctors. even uroligists specialize in different problems that they are more knowledgable in. I have had plenty of Dr,'s, and there are good ones and bad ones, and some that are not real talkitive, but are good at what they do. always make a list of questions you want to ask before your visit, so when you leave you realize you forgot something that you wanted to ask about. Checking every ten yrs is insane. If it causes you pain, he should be seeing you on a regular basis, and consulting with other Dr.s. I would find a uroligist that specializes in surgery. A different Dr. did surgery on me than my uroligist. Some list special areas, but call and ask to speak to the Dr.'s nurse, and ask if the Dr. treats your particle problem. A good Dr. will have a good nurse that can answer questions before you choose to see them. Your primary care Dr. should know someone else to refer you to. Tell him you want to get the problem fixed, and want someone that will help. They will usually refer you to someone they think is good
