Today is the 5th of May 2018, The pain in my testicles started on Tuesday the 1st of May.
Im 13 and my testicles hurt like hell they hurt more with each day but on the first day the pain was only in my left testicle but now it is both although my left one is much less sensitive than my right.
I haven't been to a Doctor. Nurse or any type of Medical professional yet because i'm scared that it might either be cancer or I might lose either bot or just my left testicle/s
Can anyone help they have made my sac very tight and its about the size of an apple and i'm having trouble walking.

You need to tell your parents about this and see your doctor.
It wouldn't be cancer but you need to been seen by a doctor to determine if there is a problem.
It is common that your testicles hurt some during puberty because they are growing and getting heavier.
It could be just that but since your swelling and it is making your sac very tight you need to see a doctor now.
Talk to your parents and get them to take you to your local hospital waiting could cause damage if there is a problem hopefully it is just growing pains but you need to get it checked ASAP.
