Hey, don't worry it goes away, today is the first day i feel good and the nausea went away.. Try lexotanil if it continues, take just 1.5mg.. It will calm u down and regulate the levels of serotonin.. Dont drink and stay healthy these few days, and try not to think abt it.. If u feel very unmotivated and still a little dizzy, try to stay calm and enjoy it and stay positive and surrounded by loving friends and family.. Honestly without my family i wd have gone crazy.. If u dnt feel well tomorrow, better not to drink tomorow night, it will slow down the healing process.. Better to have a good full year than to start it bad with a screwed up nye.. Anw happy new years and hope i helped :) xx

Hey guys I actually just went through literally all of these symptoms described by everyone! Maybe even worse. the evening of the 27th is when I took some molly, never had any recovery problems in the past but the morning of the 28th I wasn't able to sleep, obviously. Long story short, I never thought that I would pull through. Anyway i took a anti-anxiety pill and suddenly all of the panic and spinning and neck pain and tears stopped as soon as the med kicked in. I'm telling you ppl, get your hands on anti - anxiety meds and you'll be just fine! Just trying to help. Thanks everyone for your comments this thread helped me so much when I was worried.

I went over all these too. Is it safe to have these anti depressants? I don't want to become dependent on them. I had 3 pills of ecstacy and 250mg mdma brown powder over 5 nights. Mixed with a lot of hash and weed. This was my first time with the hard drugs.

It's really important that you acknowledge, YOU WILL GET OVER THIS! It will pass sooner than you think. And I would just take half of the anxiety pill each day. Was feeling sick for over a week, took the pills 4 days after initially feeling sick. I don't need them anymore. Feel better :)

Hey guys also depression is normal the more you took the longer it will stick around keep your head up that feeling of euphoria when you rolled you used up all your serotonin, take it from me i use to binge on X was depressed almost an year & pushed through, 4 years later I took a molly sadly I didn't get to test it felt good but was up for 15 hours before I could sleep & got bad anxiety probably wasn't smart to roll because on new years I did coke & got horrible anxiety get plenty of rest eat healthy take your pulse if your heart rate is between 60-100 relax youre okay you just have a drug induced anxiety attack if your heart rate gets over 130 a minute and your on a comedown you might consider going to the hospital to lower your heart rate

hey man i went to a bassnectar concert and i literally have the exact same symptoms. I drank a few shots and smoked a joint and then took way to much molly. It comes and goes in waves like you said and my vision blurs randomly and i feel light headed all the time and the concert was 11 days ago now. I do feel alot better as compared to the first week of comedown but i still feels weird and i just want to be myself again. I guess my question is did you ever feel normal again, and if so how long did it take?

Hey yea you will go back to normal dont worry! Just stop taking and dont drink for a while.. If you can take 1.5mg of lexotanil "just once" it will make u feel better faster.. If u go through a down the nxt day its normal cuz its the after effect of the anti depressant the next day.. But the day after that ull feel better and bak to normal.. If u dnt have lexo, dnt worry the effect goes away after a while just stay healthy.. I only took mdma once in my life and had mixed with 1/2 a pill of E, and i had this terrible dizziness for 5 days, so trust me it goes awayy but it might jst take a few days sometimes

You don't need to take anything! Just fight it! It will get better if you are strong and believe un it! It was really awful for me, I went through it alone, couldn't even tell anybody what's goibg on with me, also had to work... In one moment I thought I'll die, my whole body was shaking and I couldn't breathe. Just try to relax and know that it will go. Guys ! Don't do this mistake again thanks to this page, Adriana thanks for your advice, I felt better in New Years, wasn't drinking though, since then started healthy life xxx

Swim experienced something similar except wasn't right for two years after. It wasn't from a single night but from a heavy months partying every weekend with a weeks clubbing holiday in the middle. Swim puts it down to adrenal fatigue, months of fast food and possible candida overgrowth. Recovery was slow but the fix in the end was clean living, fresh air and exercise (starting slowly) limited carbs and sugar and high fat intake(grass fed butter, coconut oil etc) and no more fast food! Swim cut out caffeine for quite some time. Now life is good except for the odd heavy party sets things back a little but only when there is a heavy sugar intake. Happy recovery to anyone that experienced any of this crazy stuff! Set a recovery plan and follow it but start slow and don't worry as stress and worrying that it won't get better causes anxiety and also slows recovery
