I have finally found help talking to my doctor at week 5 and starting an antidepressant. I know it sounds kind of scary, but this drug really helps. It takes about 2 weeks before you see improvement, but the earlier you start the better. Go see a doctor! Seriously! You will get better. It is a gradual process, but trust me you can get back to yourself!
1. Talk to your doctor, ask them about the potential of getting prescribed an antidepressant (which can be prescribed for anxiety too)
2. Talk to a counselor.
3. Take a break. Play outside.
4. Don't look anything up about the symptoms you are feeling on the internet!!!!
5. Continue to work out and eat healthy.
6. Accept the way that you feel and continue to do the things you need to do.
7. Accept that the healing process will take time, but you will eventually get better.
8. Stop connecting your symptoms to your use of MDMA. Stop feeling guilty.

This is my second time experiencing this as well... although not to the same degree as the first time it occured.
What would you recommend is the best way to speed up the healing process? Any key supplements I should take? I'm currently taking Omega 3 fish oil & Vitamin C.

Hey all, I took about a total of 3.5 pills (around 700mg MDMA) over the weekend. I felt completely fine the following Monday until nighttime when i start to have the symptoms many are describing. Tuesday I woke up very dizzy and i felt as if my eyes had trouble focusing and i would feel dizzy when moving them from side to side. It is not wednesday and i feel completely fine, but here are the supplements i took aong with a good nights of rest and plenty of water tuesday night. 425 mg Magnesium (elemental from Magnesium malate), 100 mg 5-HTP, 50 mg Zinc Picolinate, and 2 fish oil capsules. I am not sure if this is what helped me fix, as i am sure a few more nights of rest would have fixed me up, but Magnesium play an important role in serotonin production, and as most Americans are magnesium deficient, i feel that it is important to get a good magnesium supplement. Make sure the Magnesium supplement you buy is a bioavailable form (i.e. avoid magnesium oxide as it is only 4% bioavailable). Zinc, folate, and vitamine b-6 are also important co-factors in serotonin production so look into those too.

There is no cure for what we have all done to ourselves. Time heals you some, but the best thing is to not make the same mistakes. I'm actually going through it as I type this to you all. If you really want to know what's going on with your bodies google what ecstacy does to your brain and you'll get your answers. Most of the head and chest discomfort is linked to the brain damage that you've caused and the change in hormone levels. Even nausea begins in the brain. Time, eating healthy, exercise, and happy thoughts are your best bets moving forward. As this is my 3rd or so time dealing with these issues, I am not quite the pro, but know that it takes 4-6 weeks to feel about 85% better, but never get back to 100% I have great days and days where my body treats me badly. In the end, I take it one day at a time and just pray for the best. Good luck all, I know I need it!

I don't think I've ever gone back to normal, but I have also been in your shoes a few times. The worst of it usually passes in the first 4-6 weeks. Sometimes I've felt better within a week. When I mix alcohol with Molly is when I have the issues you described. There is no cure for what we have all done to ourselves.
