It's been over a year and I'm dealing with this sh*t, so maybe my pill had more meth to f**k my brain I don't know. Constant anxiety sucks and depersonalization. I have gotten better but I've been at 50% of what I used to be for like the past 5 months. I'm not trying to be negative but it gets pretty frikkin old dealing with this lol I'm just saying don't expect a magic solution for this just exercise is the best personally

If your feeling better than you did 5 months ago or a year ago then don't worry that's improvement ! I personally reckon the damage the drugs have done has no choice but to reverse itself over time, the only other thing I can recommend is anti depressants which many other people say have worked for them. Let me know how your feeling cause believe me I feel like absolute fkn c**p and it's been 2 months, but I'm better than I was the first couple weeks !

How do you feel now ? What is it that has stuck with you ?
It's only been two months for me so far so that's why I'm aware that I'll be like this for atleast a few months more. I'm still not at a normal state yet, I think once I reach a more normal state I will be able to cope a lot better ! I've heard that the worst part is usually over within the first 12 months, and if your still feeling it then they say it may take up to 18 months, regardless of how long it takes the drugs must reverse !
Have you been completely drug and alcohol free ? Have you seen a phycologist ?

Hi.. i posted before and am the one who took the super strong ecstasy in ibiza 3 days in a row and have been to hell and back. This was last May and i would say i am now 80% back to feeling normal. I an 39 years old and it had been the most worrying experience in my life. I disagree with last post saying these comments are not really true. I have also suffered from OCD most of my life and have found antidepressants a great help for long periods in my life. I had Clomipramine for several years from 18 to 35 years old and then come off them completely until i was stupid enough to do mdma yet again. I have been taking prozac - fluoxitine since last July and it is a massive help. They really balance out the feel good chemicals in your head. I know i will be able to wean off them eventually this year and feel normal again. I feel no shame in taking them or who i am. I have grown stronger in life with my general spirit, outlook and in my career. Good luck to you all and God bless! Will never take e or coke again.
