After partial knee replacements (both medial), left one in Jan. 2020, and right one in July 2020, I've been back on the tennis court since September. A few aches and pains, but no stabbing, arthritic pain as in pre-op. Walking, hiking, cycling are all good, but running on court needs work. Flexion and extension in both knees is very good. I was very religious in doing rehab exercises, as well as some yoga and stretching. Hope to improve foot speed, agility and movement going forward. Will incorporate skipping into exercise regimen. A work in progress but at least making progress!
