Hello. I am a guy 23 years old and I have problems with allergies. I have unexplained allergies, and they happen quite often. This is a skin based allergy. And it is very sensitive. It gets much worse even if it is irritated just a little. Do you know some miraculous way for me to minimalize the frequency of these allergies?

At least, the skin allergies are much more easily to control than the other ones. Take hay fever for instance. The good way for you to prevent allergies from ever happening is to be an obsessive-compulsive clean freak. Clean everything once a day, or at least once in two days. Drink a lot of fluids, and let the room breathe a little. This does the trick for me.
