HIV has an incredibly low transmission rate during oral sex, even with open sores involved. It is possible of course that you could contract it even with the low rate of transmission, but it is not that possible. It would be a good in the future for you to use a condom during oral sex if you have sex with someone such as a prostitute or someone with a sore in her mouth just so you can decrease your risk factor. I hope that your tests continue to come out negative--you will have to keep testing until six months out to be sure.
