1.) That depends on if the x-lover was HIV positive or negative, and what they all did together.

2.) Open-mouth kissing is considered a very low-risk activity for the transmission of HIV. However, prolonged open-mouth kissing could damage the mouth or lips and allow HIV to pass from an infected person to a partner and then enter the body through cuts or sores in the mouth.

like when she had sex , during intercourse when the sperm came out he removed his penis frm her vagina, but after removing also, any small part of sperm would have to gone inside, which remained on her body.

I'm not sure what you mean by: "but after removing also, any small part of sperm would have to gone inside, which remained on her body."

Unprotected sex is just that... Unprotected.
It's really a gamble... People argue whether or not pre-cum consists of sperm. Some say yes and others disagree.

She could have gotten pregnant... she could not have.

It's a 50/50 chance. If she misses her period it would be a good idea to get a pregnancy test from her local pharmacy.

If the guy does NOT have HIV or full blown AIDS, there is nothing to worry about. AIDS can only be transmitted through people who HAVE the virus.

If he HAS it... I would tell your friend to schedule a visit with a health care professional.
