Ok so i was told i had polycistic ovaries nearly 2 years ago now, it was all virtually sorted out i lost allot of weight and had regular periods the entirity of last year...up until october..that was the last one. I had unprotected sex on the 11th of december, and still had not had a period by this point....ignored the chances of being pregnant just because i didn't think it was possible...now however i'm starting to worry, i got a 'period' on christmas day...except i've read about dicidual bleeding so now i'm worried. All the signs are there but i've done a home test and it came back negative...i guess my question is how inaccurate can a home test be if you do it a few weeks before you assume you are due on your period? (this has never been a sure thing, its virtually always the last or first week of a month) i just want to stop worrying more than anything because i know home tests can say negative and be wrong. Any advice would be amazing. 8-| :-( :'(
