Probably being completely paranoid - please no responses intended to freak me out? Just did it for the first time like a week ago. On the pill, but on weekends I take it between 8 - 10/11 (AM) and on weekdays I take it like at like 7 (AM). The day before we did it (my 4th in the pack) I accidentally took it at like 3 PM, but according to plannedparenthood, it said I wouldn't even need to use a 7-day backup (alternate form of contraception), and we did use a recently-bought, safely-stored condom. I was "tight", so we were having some trouble, but it didn't break - after like 5 minutes-ish he noticed that some pre-*** was kind of making it's way down towards the open-end (it was tight, though), so he pulled out (never came) as a "just-in-case". We decided not to continue. I know that pre-*** does can contain sperm if there was a recent ejaculation (according to plannedparenthood, to anybody who's gonna try and be mean and freak me out by insisting otherwise), the most recent in this case having been like exactly 24 hrs before. I'm just afraid maybe some pre-*** actually did leak out and get on/in me, although he's pretty sure (not arrogant sure) that it didn't.
I'm a fairly anxious person in general, and this is my most recent fixation. I'm driving myself nuts with worry, like to the point where I might start imagining symptoms - is there more than a 0.02% chance (that's supposed to be as safe as you can get)? I just have like my graduation and college and whatever coming up over the next few months and I wanna be (basically) at ease - I usually get my period like two weeks from Monday/yesterday, at night or in the late afternoon.

Hi honey! RELAX! You are NOT pregnant! When you take the pill, it stops ovulation 99.1% of the time - once in awhile you MIGHT ovulate! Without an egg there is NO pregnancy! And also you used a condom - which is GREAT - and IF anything there MIGHT have been some sperm! BUT it is irrelevant as you are protected 30/31 days a month! And it is irrelevant also what time you take it! As long as you don't miss too many days! The main reason why it is stated, is more of convenience, say at 8am, you just know each day to take it at 8am! Believe me an hour or 2 or 10 does NOT make any difference OK? So relax and keep on with the condoms, and have your boyfriend to ejaculate into them!
