Ambien CR withdrawl & side effects

I have been suffering with tingling, quivering tremors over my entire body, but worst in extremities, face & tongue. Also, concentration & focus goes along with this. Not bad first thing in the morning, but as day progresses so do symptoms...by the time I get home I'm tremoring all over & out of my mind. I had been on Ambien CR(6.25 mg)for a short time and & started using it not every night at first, then gradually liked it because I was well rested the next day.... I think Ambien CR or withdrawl from it might be related to the symptoms I described. Has anyone else had this or ever heard of anything like it???? AND having systemic inflammatory response & edema. Have had many surgeries & health problems over last few years. I am now not taking anything except HRT(Estratest + Estrace), vitamins and Xanax(very low dose .5mg-1mg/evening) to get relief from this & to sleep a little. Don't take Xanax until I get home in evening. Is it ok to take for sleep? I'm fed-up! Drs. don't know what's going on and I'm trying to avoid any more tests, blah, blah. If anyone can help, please please reply!!! Thanks
