Hello , its me Afraz . I am 18 years old . Some months back i had a little pain in my left heel . And then after sometimes it transfer to my foot front where we bind laces . After that , i was involved in a severe pain and inflammation . it seem reddish and then i contacted an Ortheopedic Doctor . He Suggested me some Cortico-steriods like deltacortril and pain killers . I was Okay and fine with time but then when it finished , it started paining again and this time my other foot also get involved with right hand thumb and upper section. I can't walk properly neither i can do any activity . i consulted an rheumatologist and was treated wiht DMARDs and NSAIDs . My RA-factor is Negative . CRP positive and HLA-B27 positive . now i am on Methotrexate , Betamethasone and Tramadol + Paracetamol . My question is kindly tell me its curable in young age or not ?? if yes , then how long will it last and any good suggestion . please for God sake tell me the truth .
