It seems that my problems will never stop. I have been in a car crash couple of weeks ago and I thought that all I had to do now I be patient and wait for my femur fracture to heal completely. But it seems that I also have to deal with avascular necrosis due to that injury. Can you explain it to me a bit more?

Well, it seems that the doctors are still not certain if that is necrosis or something else. And it would be much better for you if it is something else. If it is necrosis, plaster will have to be removed in order to perform a surgery. This is all because the head of the femur in its joint with a hip is not getting enough blood and therefore the necrosis happens.
