I had a allergic reaction to a condom and this is the first time that my labia is peeling and it hurts to pee. I never had such a bad reaction like this I was wondering how can I soothe the burning and itching cursed by the peeling its only on one side (the left)

If it is truly peeling then see your doctor. You may be given a topical antihistamine or even steroids.
Was this a latex condom? If so, let all your health care providers, including your dentist, know you had a latex reaction. While most providers have long switched away from latex some haven't.
