Been on cipro for a week, Now i'm having slight pressure in my chest

I am a 22 year old female who went to the doctor last monday for what I thought was a UTI. I had never had one before so I googled my symptom (constant urge to pee) and it said it was a UTI. I took some over the counter medication (AZO) over the weekend to hold me until I could go to the clinic on monday. They took a urine sample but since I was on AZO they had to send off my little tiny amount of pee to be cultured. They prescribed me cipro anyway and told me to take it until I heard back. I started it and no releif. I was also put on a medicaiton to help with the urge on Thrusday by my obgyn but the urge hasnt gone away. I have missed 4 days of work due to the fear that I would pee on myself. I dont know what to do. Now im having slight pressure in my chest over my left brest bone and only slight releif from frequently urinating but I still feel the urge to urinate all the time. Can you help me???
