I am interested in benzodiazepine dosage, exactly dosage of alprazolame. I was using alprazolam 2 years before, in treatment of anxiety disorder that I had after car accident that happened to me and my brother. I think that my symptoms have reappeared again last month. I don’t know if it would be safe for me to try again with alprazolame therapy. Maybe with less doses than before.

I think that it would be the best for you to talk to your doctor. You may experience just stress of every day life, and that is not the indication for alprazolame. Doses are usually individualized to avoid excessive sedation. This is prescription drug. Maximal amount of daily intake is 3mg in divided doses.
