I have heard so many great things about using vitamins for weight reduction that I want to try this for myself and see whether they will work as well for me as they have for other people that have used them. The big question is, which ones to choose? Would you say which diet vitamins are the best?

I started taking a Vitamin B2 supplement after hearing from someone that this makes you lose weight, especially for people who have shortages to begin with. I am not sure whether or not I will actually notice any difference in the rate at which I lose weight, as I only just started, but I will let you know how I get on if you like.
