I'm on OTC Lo birth control pills. I'm on my 4th green pill and I didn't get my period. I have a very light brown discharge. I don't know if I should panic or not. There was one day I missed a pill and had unprotected sex. But, I made up for it the next day. Could it be possible that I am pregnant?
