If you had sexual intercourse, then you are no longer a virgin, even if your hymen is not ruptured.
However it may be that you still have an intact hymen, which many consider 'evidence' of virginity

Technically you are a virgin until a guy puts his penis in your vagina, and then you are no longer a virgin. But the hymen can be ruptured by means other than sexual intercourse. So if a guy puts his finger in your vagina, then he could have ruptured your hymen. Its completely normal to bleed and not to bleed when losing your virginity..... Not bleeding doesn't mean you were not a virgin it just means your hymen was stretch early on could be due to playing physical sports, menstrual, tampon usage, or masturbation. My personal experience was extremely painful however I did not bleed at all I was in a lot of pain afterwards and it burned a lot 3 days later while I was still healing I experienced minor bleeding which I'm pretty sure had to do with the healing process of my vagina. Everyone will experience their first time differently so don't worry about it much.
