I need some peace of mind and advice! Since today is Columbus day a lot of ob gyn's offices are closed. Here is my issue:

My boyfriend and I do not use any form of contraceptive ( I know... but we are fully aware of consequences). He pulls out 99% of the time. Few months ago when I was on my period, he came in me but I did not get pregnant. Then I had bacterial vaginosis and used a week worth of antibiotics only for 3 days instead of 7. The symptoms went away only to return again so I had to start a new dose of antibiotics. I had a pap smear not too long ago and I do have abnormal cells which lead to cervical cancer, but at the moment everything is under control and have to report back in December. This visit was in July and after that, I bled for few days. 

Last month after my period I had no bleeding for a day or so and then I started spotting with light pink blood continously for a week and a half. Then it stopped and a week and a half later I got my period (which I had 9/28 to 10/3). On 10/2 my boyfriend came in me as it was my last days of period. Then on 10/4 I was all clear, only to wake up to spotting again of pink blood on Monday (10/5). Now today is 10/12 and I am still bleeding!!! Only now the bleeding is more like a period but not that much. I don't have any morning sickness. To add to this I am on my second month of taking Spironolactone 100mg once a day. I am not sure if this has something to do with my constant bleeding? I am also scared that maybe the fact that I had bacterial vaginosis had something to do with it. Has anyone experienced this or something similar?
