My first note, please use a condom unless you are begging for pregnancy.
I assume when you wrote "we did have sex for very long" you meant "we DIDN'T have sex for very long" which would make more sense in the context.
My second note, it doesn't matter if he pops your cherry or not. When the penis goes into the vagina there's always a chance for pregnancy.
Even if you only had sex for 5 seconds he could have been oozing with precum.
How do you know he didn't come?
The "pull out method" which is what you two did, is not fool proof, and definitely risky if the guy can't control himself.
