I have this Brown discharge but it only comes out when I wipe I have all of my test done and I have no kind of std and everything seems to be normal so they say and all i want to know is is this a sign of a miscarraige I have had 2 before but I had blood and it was painful this time I only have a discharge and no pain like cramping at all so can you please help me figure this out to the best of your knowledge.

Brown vaginal discharge means (old) blood is present. This can happen for all sorts of reasons, from pregnancy to miscarriage, from ectopic pregnancy to endometriosis, from sexually transmitted diseases to uterine polyps, and from a side effect of hormonal contraceptives to cervical or uterine cancer. I should also mention that brown discharge can be caused by over-enthusiastic sex or an injury as well.
I personally wouldn't run to a doctor if it happened as a one off during a time I wasn't expecting it, but women should always keep an eye on discharge differences and, considering that the cause of brown spotting can be serious, see a doctor if it keeps happening.
