Brown scar on penis

When I was younger (about 7 years ago) I once masturbated and cut the shaft of my penis. This wound that I got that healed over (a long time ago) but their's a very noticable brown mark where the wound used to be. It doesn't hurt at all and I asume its some type of pigment discoloration from the formed scar. Its a solid brown and is absolutly not going away, and im tired of ignoring it. Please, please anyone tell me if there any cream's (or other means of healing) that i can purchase in store, in store over counter, or anything that would help it fade away or go away for good? If there is something like this please tell me the name of the product. I'm very desprate to find a solution. PLEASE help Thanks for your time
