So my period ended about a week ago (it was relatively heavy flow that lasted about 4 days), ever sense it ended i've been having this brownish watery discharge seeping from my vagina pretty constantly. I've had to wear pads because of it.
I did have sex during my period not sure if that affected anything. I am regularly sexually active as well, stopped because its embarrassing and uncomfortable to do so now.
its mostly clear with the brownish tint, when I say watery I mean it feels like water is coming out of me. It has a pretty bad smell I'm guessing because there is blood in it, smells similar to the stench of period but slightly worse.
At first I was using sea sponges instead of the pad because thats what I normally use during my period, it irritated my vagina after one day and it swelled slightly so I started using pads.
Last night I woke in the middle of the night, my uterus area was having an extremely sharp pain I had to stumble to the bathroom it hurt so much. I think it was from the liquid not being able to escape my vagina because it needs gravity to exit because it stopped relatively quickly.
it is not itchy, there is nothing noticeably strange looking on the outside of my vagina, When I get turned on I still have a normal discharge that does not have a odor. I am perplexed and worried.
Sometimes I feel a pressure on my uterine area, I am feeling this right now. think it could be making me anemic as well. felt pretty weak today.
I eat very healthy and ride my bike almost every day, I am 18.

So, you are spotting between periods rather heavily, you experienced sharp pelvic pain, and you also have something "strange looking" on the outside of your vagina (your vulva)? You also mention that you are sexually active. Have you ever had unprotected sex (without condoms)?
It sounds to me like you may have a sexually transmitted disease or several. "Something strange" outside your vagina sounds like it could be genital warts or herpes, though your description is pretty vague.
In any case, these symptoms are very worrisome and I would advise you to see a doctor as soon as you possibly can.
