I completely understand how you feel. Every since I had my four year old son I have had one UTI after the other. Also I have always had discharge like yourself. However, so not be embarrassed about going to the doctor, you need to get it looked at before it might get worse. It is possible that it could be nothing more then a simple infection that has gone a little out of control. But since you are sexually active and have unprotected sex it could be much worse. With small clear bumps it can be a few different things, but the one that comes closer to mind is genital herpes. It is a simplex virus and cold sores are apart of the simplex virus. There is simplex 1 and simplex 2. One causes cold sores and the other causes the other. BUT, if you do have these types of sores that doesn't mean that you got it this way, it can only be told by a doctor and by a test. I suffer from cold sores that come and go at different parts of the year. I have to be careful because if I pick them and then scratch another part of my body, then I could spred them myself. Or spred them to another person. But like I said because you have many different risk factors go to the doctor, that is what they are here for, and it is better to be safe then sorry. Trust me. And as far as the darker discharge it can be associated with the clear fluid filled bumps. The strong odor in your urine could either be from another UTI or because of your body trying to pass out some of the infection that you have in your body. Which is another reason why you should be seen by a doctor. The last time I had Chlamidia I had more discharge than normal and I thought that I had a vaginal infection (regular) but it turned out that I had this. My husband had been cheating and brought it home. They can give you a pill for it and recheck you in a couple of weeks to make sure it is gone, if that is the case. If you are really worried you may try what I did. Go to the local health department and tell them you want an STD test. They are strictly confidental and most of them are completely free depending on what state you live in. I am hoping this helped.
