It is quite possible that you have an urinary tract infection which can cause symptoms like this sometimes. Also if you are experiencing pain or itchy sensation while you are peeing than this will confirm that you have UTI. And of course painful sexual intercourse is one of the first signs that something is wrong and stomach cramps are usually not the symptom but they can occur as a consequence of this infection.

You would probably want to hear that there is some way to deal this infection without seeing a doctor but unfortunately there isn’t.  First of all you need antibiotics and these you can’t buy over the counter.

So call your doctor and make an appointment and meanwhile try to increase intake of fluids into your organism because water is helpful in washing out the bacteria.
