:? I am a male in my early 20's I have been having a burning sensation after urinateing for a while now. . I went to the doctor and was tested for a bladder infection and std's and results came back clear, I was told it was enlarged prostate and got medicines, but it hasn't got better. If anything it's getting worse and that can't be the problem... sometimes my heart races and body quivers can all of this be caused from stress and depression? could this be a bacterial infection or urinary track infection?

get screened for diabetes and kidney. they normally do not do for young men. even w urinalysis

Since I had UTI few times myself I could tell you that you are showing similar symptoms. Now, since you have been visiting doctor how come he didn’t do urinary analysis for urinary tract infection? Since you are suspecting this could be in question and since you have been struggling with this for quite some time now it would be wise to go back to your doctor and do this analysis and even check your kidneys.
Other symptoms you are experiencing could simply be the stress of not knowing what is wrong with you. My heart beated like crazy first time when I got UTI and I was waiting to hear the diagnosis. I hope you will feel better soon.
