BV caused by E coli-- please help

So my doc was good enough to grow my culture out (of course another invasive episode of the speculum)  when the Metronizole gel only reduced my discomfort from say an 8 to a 6.
She tested me of course for every STD known to man-- duh monogamous marriage for 11years

Anyhow I have BV caused my E coli in my vagina.   I got all excited to take the keflex and get better.
You all know that I did NOT get better. So all those creams and oral stuff later here I am.

So I have had these symptoms since Sept of 2011 and it is now April of 2012.  My husband has gone through periods of understanding and other times of making me feel guilty.

My best luck so far has been the goldenseal suppositories from Earths Botanical Harvest but every time I would get better and switch to maybe their probiotic ones it came back.   So I ordered 6 more boxes of them and guess what the new boxes aren't helping.  I don't know if it is because they were warm when they arrived or they changed them, or this beast is just a monster that won't leave.
So I have been using the Yeast Arrest boric acid ones.  They burn real bad when they are dissolving and its always back by mid day.
I have drunk the Paul De arco t.
Taken copious amounts of Vit B and Vit C
Probioctics are my middle name-- infact I am making my own unpasteurized yogurt from raw milk and also kefir

I have just ordered Boric Acid.  The stuff on suggested on here and the veggie capsules to put it in and also goldenseal powder and extract and cocoa butter to make the goldenseal ones myself.

I would be thrilled if any of the rest of you have info pertaining to E Coli causing your BV and what helped you get relief; or even rid of this for good.

I also bought the cider vinegar to try.
