Hi there,

Very important thing to remember is that most of the urinary tract infections are caused by E coli bacteria. This bacteria normally lives in your bowels. If you have frequent urinations or muscle aches fallowed by abdominal pain and changes in your urine you can be certain that you have urinary tract infection that is caused by E coli. In many cases our body’s immune system is strong enough to fight the infection on its own but in some cases you will need help of more powerful antibiotics. You should talk to your doctor about changing your treatment. Also I know that cranberry juice is very helpful with bacteria in urinary tract infections. I hope this helped a bit.
