you should be fine man, she was just wet cuz u were doing something right, pleasing her. i would say there is no possible way for her to get pregnant unless she like gave u a hand job and u got it on ur hands, then fingered her. the pain she is having could just be from using ur fingers? im not sure but i know she cant be pregnant if none of ur sperm was involved.
