Couldn't find what you looking for?

hey all, i have read around on these forums and i have found out alot of things i didnt know, i'm 19, and i've only pulled my foreskin over my head a few times and have never washed the bair head before. To properly wash the head, do i just pull the foreskin all the way back over the head, and gently scrub the head with my hand? should i use soap?

also, when i pulled the foreskin back over the head when not erect, the foreskin is a little bit bunched underneath the head, is this normal?

when i am erect, should i be able to pull the foreskin back all the way over the head easly with no lube? if so, i can pull it back over the head when erect with lube and it doesnt hurt, but dry it doent go back so easy, should i just keep strecthing it until i can pull it back with ease, and also, when i'm in the bath, should i get used to touching the bare head with water and stuff so it becomes less sensitive, the top of the head isnt too sensitve, but the further down the head it gets more sensitve.

when the foreskin is pulled back all the way over the head when erect, the bottom of the head around the egdes are dark purple, but the top of the penis is kinda pinky purple, is this normal?

one more thing, when i've got the foreskin over my head when erect or not erect, is there a proper way to pull it back up? i cant it it back over the head when erect, i wait until i'm not erect anymore, and i just kind of drag it back over pulling it from either side.....

i'll really apprisiate any help anyone can give me :-)

do you still need answers, or now that you're about 25, are you all clued up?

Hi Soul Walker:

Yes, just pull the foreskin back over the head. As a general rule, it is a good idea to avoid using soap. Soap dries the oils out of the tissue and that is not good as it can cause non-specfic dermatitis.

Havin the edge of the head (called the corona) dark purple is not unusual. It is not a cause for concern. My corona is dark purple also.

When you finish washing, the foreskin should be pulled forward again. if you leave it back, you can get paraphimosis. If it won't go forward when erect, you probably need to stretch it some more.

Some guys have foreskins that have tips that are too narrow to pass back over the penis head. These foreskins may be gently stretched over a period of time to cause them to widen. When your penis is erect, gently pull your foreskin back against the head of the penis. As the head attempts to pass through the foreskin it will stretch the skin a little. Do this every day and in a few weeks or months your foreskin will widen and you will be able to retract your foreskin. Do NOT force retraction.

It works by tissue expansion. Stretching skin induces “mitosis” which is a word that means “division of cells”. New skin cells are formed and the skin expands. The increase in size is permanent. Be patient and let mitosis do its work.
